Springtime brings flowers & bees

The sun is shining, the grass continually needs mowed, the flowers are in full gorgeous bloom and as Quinn found out the hard way... the bees are buzzing. First bee sting, right on the eyelid. Ouch!

Quinn loves water.

We're enrolled in a mom and me swim class at the local YMCA and Quinn LOVES it. We splash, sing and blow bubbles every Tuesday and Thursday night.

Quinn also likes to help mom water the flowers, spray the dogs and drink from the hose. I'm changing wet clothes a lot these days.

For Grandma O'Donnell's b-day we met Paul, Chona and Layla at the beach and had the most amazing day. These pictures were taken at Newport at the aquarium.

Everyone in our family loves eggs... including our dogs.

Easter at the Dobrowolski's was super fun. We took Quinn to his very first Easter Egg hunt at Bauman farms. On the hunt we found a dozen colorful eggs and one prize potato. The farm animals were a total hit. Quinn took a special liking to one tiny goat. He fed him some feed with his plastic egg and the yellow circle stuck to his nose.

We dyed eggs and on Easter Morning at our house... Quinn and Layla enjoyed a mini egg hunt in the living room and we ate some yummy apple french toast with the family. Very peaceful Easter Sunday.

And last, but certainly not least the DOGS LOVE EGGS!!!
Dad bought a crate of 'em for Mountain High and stored them in the most inconvenient place... the dog kennel. At last count they had tossed, caught, broke and eaten 9 DOZEN eggs. Other than some sore bellies, they were fine and wow, are they ever shiny. Dad will not hear the end of this for quite some time.

Happy Valentine's Day!
